Our Origin Story

Another call from a friend whose child graduated from college and landed on their parent’s couch sparked the creation of Waterville Partners. As a business leader in operations, supply chain, innovation, strategy, and as director of college relations, parents trusted me. Hiring and mentoring entry-level talent was my jam. I crafted a robust protocol with assessments to help clients understand their “internal compass”, supplied tools to navigate their search and launch processes, and developed metrics to track outcomes.

Ironically, as I was about to give birth to our first child, I gave birth to Waterville Partners. My new roles blended seamlessly with the help of my husband. For two decades, my humble business steadily grew through word of mouth. It wasn’t until both our kids were in college that I took time to update my website, launch a podcast, write my books, and think BIGGER. Progress, not perfection. Think, “The Little Engine that Could”.

The Internal Compass Model

Waterville Partners utilizes a proven framework to help clients maximize their potential and attain career fulfillment.
