  • Kay’s style is straight forward, positive, nurturing, honest, action-oriented, results-driven and thoughtful. She’s tough with soft edges. What you see is what you get with her. While naturally energetic, she does dial it back when working with more reserved clients. She’s able to meet clients where they are and help propel them forward.

  • Focusing on what brings me JOY was my guidepost. Thanks to my dad, I’ve been playing golf since I was seven. The boys’ high school team had a spot for me because a girls’ team didn’t yet exist. Golf courses offer beautiful vistas providing space to focus on the here and now. Your mind must be in the shot at that moment or your ball may go anywhere. It was my zen before I knew of yoga or meditation. Golf gets even better (for me) playing with my husband, in Ireland, and breaking 90 on a sunny day! This happened for me only once - at Waterville Golf Club in 2004. Waterville makes me smile.

    What brings you JOY?

  • Being a dreamer and creative problem solver is part of my DNA. As a young girl, my parents told me I could do anything I put my mind to, and I believed them. Sadly, countless people often self-sabotage because they don’t believe in themselves or possibilities. This quote speaks to limitless opportunities.

During an email exchange, I received a one word, seemingly unrelated response, “Fly.”

I knew exactly what that meant. I swiftly replied, “My friend, you are already soaring, and lifting others up around you.” The reply was simply, “Wow!”. I often ask myself and clients that question. It’s liberating to imagine options, and then navigate in that direction to achieve them.
