Career Coaching Package

  • This 5-session package is ideal for: anyone wanting to understand their superpowers/unique value proposition before beginning their search process, preparing for a career pivot, re-entering the job market after a gap, or clarifying which paths best suit them. 

  • Our proven framework offers flexibility to meet clients where they are and also complete the stated objectives.

    Package includes an online workbook, two books, internal compass assessments, tools for creating an elevator pitch, refreshing their resume and LinkedIn profile, interview preparation, cover letter draft, and a decision-making model. Recaps and clear action items are provided after each meeting.

    Deliverables include clearer career direction, actionable plan for moving forward and increased confidence to achieve that direction in a repeatable and sustainable manner.

Assessment Assistance

  • This 3-session package is most useful for high school students charting their post-high school plans: college, trades, workforce, military, gap year or other. Useful for college students looking to clarify or pivot their major or career plans.

  • Offering includes a brief overview session, two assessments, an hour debrief session with the client, a written recap, and a final 30-minute session to review the results with the client, parents and college coaches, if applicable.

Interview Prep Package

  • This 2-session package is useful for anyone who has never been interviewed, needs a refresher or wants candid feedback about their interview skills. 

  • Offering includes a 60-minute session to review interview strategies, questions, potential answers and tools for preparing for an interview. The second session includes a mock interview with specific feedback.

    Recaps and clear action items are provided after each meeting. The template and tools shared will help you interview for anything: internships, full time roles, internal promotions, summer employment, executive position, literally anything.
